Essence Mascara
Mascara is a cosmetic used to enhance the upper and lower eyelashes. It can be used to darken, lengthen, or define your lashes. This product comes in many forms, such as liquid, powder, and cream. Mascara is considered a staple in most people's makeup routines. This is something that I use when I don't feel like applying eyelashes. It is also known to have the shortest lifetime because bacteria are very likely to enter the tube back and forth from your eye. So when purchasing mascara you have to be a little careful. There are so many different brands that make this product and different colors are created as well. I must say brands have gotten very creative when making this product. My favorite brand to use is Essence Lash Princess. It makes your lashes pop so much and it lasts all day. The tube is about 0.34 oz and costs around 4.99 before tax depending on where you get it from. It gives off that false lash effect that every girl loves. The product is cruelty-free, gluten-free, paraben-free, most-loved, oil-free, and an award-winner. They have a wide variety of products such as a black-brown, a lash primer, and curl curl-fixing lash base. Waterproof and sculpted volume options as well. I can say that Essence is a brand that you can always count on when it comes to keeping those eyebrows on fleek. They have amazing prices for every single one of their products. They even have a 4 pack of mascara that comes to a total of 14.99 before tax. If you ask me, that's a deal you can't beat. They also have a holiday I love extreme 4 pack that you can purchase for 14.99 as well. Another brand that I used in the past was from Maybelline and it was called the Colossal Big Shot Mascara. It also worked very well for me but it costs a little more. You can purchase this for a total of $10 before tax, which isn't bad but you will save more money purchasing the product from Essence Cosmetics. Both products work very well and can be purchased from the same place. These locations include Ulta Beauty, Walmart, Target, and more. You may realize that most of the products that I share with you guys can be found at the same locations. Trust me, these stores are your best friend. When applying mascara make sure to be careful. There were many times when I went to apply it and poked myself in the eye. I recommend holding your eye down before putting it on. If you put too much on the bottom of your lashes you develop that raccoon eye look, and nobody wants that lol. Getting them wet can also develop that look. If you are a crier like me, you may want to invest in the waterproof kind #lifesaver. Overall, I believe that mascara is such a great product to invest in. Lashes are amazing too but they can be a little time-consuming. Even better, I use mascara to blend my false lashes with my real lashes which also creates a fire look.
