Where to get face masks!

HIII!! SOOO, when it comes to face masks, they work wonders for hydrating your face and getting that smooth feeling. Yesterday we talked about moisturizers and how they work well as a base/foundation for makeup. Face masks do that as well. They are more a part of the prep process. For the most part, these masks do the same things as the moisturizers. They help with acne/inflammation. Although this isn't a permanent fit for acne, it does calm down inflamed skin and prevents outbreaks from time to time. They also assist with dark spots and hyperpigmentation too. Fine lines, oily skin, and dry skin can is something that can be relieved by these masks as well. Masks can be a form of cleansing or exfoliating which is very good for the skin. It's important to have clean and clear pores for the sake of your skin. Three different masks come off as the most popular in my opinion. Gel masks (which are my favorite) help with redness, dehydration, and dullness. This helps protect your skin very quickly as a layer so whatever you apply next doesn't help damage your skin. Clay/ Mud masks help with acne-prone skin types. They absorb dead and oily skin types. They also help with pores that get clogged with bacteria. Even though they both tend to go hand and hand with each other, there are some differences. Clay helps prevent breakouts and exfoliate away dead skin. Mud is more water based so it delivers more hydration to the skin. Each different type of face mask helps protect the skin and prevents bacteria and other things from damaging the skin in their ways. Texture is also very important because some people only want certain things to go on their faces. There are also exfoliating masks, sheet masks, peel-off masks, bubble masks, and cream masks that people may consider too. As for me, I enjoy using gel and under-eye masks more. Dollar Tree has so many different kinds of masks for the fairest price on the planet. I mean it's called DOLLAR TREE of course they do. I loved them so much that I bought a bunch for my table at the Involvement Fair for my club to give out to students. Their self-care section is amazing. Target is another place that I like to buy face masks from. There's a brand called Que Bella that has fruit flavors, honey, and kinds that tighten your skin. Mud and clay masks are available in this brand and each of them goes for 1.99 before tax on the Target website. Avatura has a similar pick to Que Bella's brand. They carry aloe vera, hydrating, vitamin C, niacinamide masks, and more. You can purchase them for a total of 3.99 which is a little more than the other two brands, but it isn't too far off. So, as you can see, face masks are very affordable and easy to access. They fit perfectly into your skincare routine. This is something I would definitely consider. My face feels amazing after a face mask. There are peel-off masks too that you can layer as well but those are a little more. I would suggest a couple of those too BUT we are all here to save money. UNTIL NEXT TIME.....
